Join the Creative Soft Skills partners as they share their Creative Soft Skills journey and how the training methodology and tools that have been developed can support artists (and not only) in recognizing, building and harnessing their creative soft skills for professional development.

Creativity is especially important for art. It is an approach that is unique, innovative, effective that thinks outside the box and goes beyond what is obvious.

We have divided the different skills into three parts: technical, people and learning skills.

We chose six main competencies and traits that we considered representing skills that can be learnt through practicing art and are transferable to other, non-artistic contexts.

We have discussed and mirrored these generalizations with a number of artists, mediators and experts in order to assure they are in line with the general understanding of definitions in this study.
