Creative Soft Skills is an Erasmus+ project developing a methodology able to identify, strengthen and recognize artists’ soft skills and facilitate the connection between artists and the labour market through the certification of creative soft skills.

The first step in achieving these goals is to shape a general framework for identifying and developing soft skills from the perspective of current and future labour markets, and then, explore how such art-based skills in practice can be transferred to different contexts or environments such as in multi-disciplinary groups and teams or through creative entrepreneurship.

In this study the Creative Soft Skills partnership shares their research and views on ‘Creative Skills for Learning and Work’.
